Owner
Peter Bessell founded Bessell Design and Construction in 1994, specializing in residential design, remodeling, and commercial tenant improvements. With extensive experience in property acquisition, management, and real estate sales, Peter has successfully completed projects for major retailers like White House Black Market across California, Utah, and Colorado. His career began as a carpenter and construction supervisor in New York and Los Angeles, later expanding into real estate development and property management.
Peter holds a BA in Psychology from San Diego State University (1983) and studied Interior Design at Parsons School of Design in NYC (1987). He also holds a California Real Estate License and has continuously enhanced his skills through ongoing education and industry involvement.
